Austin grew up in both Scottsdale, Arizona, and Kansas City, Missouri. Out of High School Austin was drafted in the first round by the Pittsburgh Pirates and spent 8 years in professional baseball. Austin and his wife have raised 7 children and have 3 grandchildren. With a background in hospitality, Austin understands the importance of exceptional service.
